Moticheck is a tool provided by your employer (our customer) to help understand and improve the employee experience. While your employer is responsible for the data you provide (they are the Data Controller), Moticheck processes the data on their behalf (we are the Data Processor).

• Anonymity First:
Your individual responses are never shown separately. They are always aggregated, and if there are fewer than three responses to a question in a group, no results are displayed at all. This ensures that individual anonymity is always preserved. Your manager knows that you are the one responding to the questions only if you are the sole new recruit in your business unit. In this case, you can opt out of onboarding questions.
• Confidential Dashboard Rules:
The Moticheck dashboard only shows data that meets strict confidentiality thresholds. If the group is too small or filtering could compromise privacy, no data will be shown.
• Data is Secured:
We use advanced technical and organizational safeguards to keep your data safe. This includes encrypted communications, secure storage, and strict access controls.
• Minimal Personal Data:
To provide the service, we process limited personal data, such as:
• Your name
• Work email and/or phone number
• Your position or role
• Your start date
• Country and language preferences
• Groupings applied by your employer (e.g., intern, part-time)

• Send you feedback questions and reminders
• Group and analyze results based on organizational structure (without compromising anonymity)

We don’t sell or misuse your data. Sub-processors (if any) that help us deliver the service are held to the same strict data protection standards.

Only authorized personnel at Moticheck can access data—and only when it’s necessary to support the service.
