Initial welcome letter and the reminders


Moticheck sends an invitation to all users prior to asking the first daily question. This invitation explains the purpose of the program and invites the user to make personal timing, channel, and language preferences.

Automated reminders are sent to users on the 3rd and 10th days after the initial invitation. Managers and administrators can send additional reminders manually from the Moticheck people management console.

The invitation is sent to the email of a user. An SMS text message is sent if there is no email address for the employee in Moticheck and a mobile number is available instead. Customers may also predefine another default channel such as Slack or Teams.

Invitations to new recruits are sent no earlier than on the 3rd day after the start of employment.
