📢 Announcements: Share Information to Your Employees Across the Platform

The Announcements feature allows administrators to display messages across the Moticheck platform. Messages appear at the top of every page and help ensure important information is visible to all users.

What you can do

With admin messages, you can:
• share updates, reminders, or announcements
• display messages across the entire platform
• show different messages to employees and managers
• control how long messages are visible

Messages are displayed:
• at the top of every page in Moticheck
• to users based on their role
• until the end date or until dismissed

How to create a message

1. go to the “Questions” panel
2. open the “Announcements” tab
3. enter your message
4. (optional) add a separate message for managers
5. set:
• start date
• end date (optional)
6. click save

Role-based messages

You can define different messages for:
• employees
• managers

If no separate manager message is added, all users will see the same message. The message is published immediately and displayed on the dates selected.  Users can dismiss messages manually. If no end date is set, the message remains visible until dismissed.
