Personal Data Sub-Processors
Moticheck is the Processor of data in providing its SaaS Service to Customers who are the Controllers of the Data of the people working for the organization (Data Subjects). In providing the service, Moticheck uses third-party services. These third parties may become the Sub-Processors of the data of Data Subjects depending on the service provided to Moticheck. Those third parties are:

- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland;
- Apple Distribution International Limited, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Republic of Ireland;
- Progmatic OÜ, Veerenni 40a 10138, Tallinn, Estonia.
To avoid any doubts, the Data is processed in the territory of the EU despite the legal address of the Sub Processor.
