The onboarding questions follow a unique process compared to other catalog questions. These questions are presented only if the new employee consents to participate.
When onboarding, the bot will prompt new employees to opt-in or opt-out of answering these questions. It’s clarified that while responses to these questions are not shared with the team, they may not be entirely confidential, as the manager might be able to identify the respondent, particularly in smaller business units as there are not many new recruits.
Moticheck initiates the conversation with the new employee on the fourth day after their start date. This timing allows the employee to familiarize themselves with the organization and the job.
Onboarding questions are asked in the order they appear within the category, proceeding from top to bottom. If there are multiple onboarding categories, this top-down sequence is applied across all categories and from the first category to the last in the order.
