Our system automatically excludes manager-specific daily questions for employees who are identified as the CEO of the company. This identification is based on the company’s root unit, so it does not require any manual tagging or extra setup.
In practice, this means the CEO will still receive daily questions where appropriate, but manager-only questions will be filtered out automatically. This results in an uneven number of questions sent to the root unit direct reports, as the CEO will not sometimes get a daily question.
