Moticheck Start Date
The Moticheck start date is the date on which the first communication will be sent to your employees. On this initial day, we will send welcome letters to your employees. These letters will guide them through the setup process, including selecting their language and channel preferences. Additionally, they will be invited to watch tutorial videos available on YouTube.
Resetting the Start Date
You have the option to reset the start date. When you do this, only employees who have not previously used Moticheck will receive the welcome letter. Employees who have already used Moticheck will not receive any new communication on that day.
