All the responses of employees are allocated to the team where they report to their manager. The only exception is the CEO or the head of the organization whose responses are allocated to the team they lead.
The responses of a subunit are included in the team’s result if the number of responses per subunit is inadequate to provide the team’s dashboard (below 3 people responding to the questions).
