Why does the number of employees vary on the question cards

There are several reasons, why the number of employees displayed on the question cards can vary:

  • some employees have switched questions odd for a period of time
  • you have a recruit and he/she is responding to the onboarding category questions
  • some employees have received a Moticheck feedback question. These questions are asked from time to time and the timing is likened with the start date of the employee. So it can vary from employee to employee.
  • if the number of employees displayed on the question card is larger than the actual number of employees in your team, then the question has been asked several times from the team or at least from some of the employees.

To avoid doubt, the number displayed is not actually a count of employees, but the number of employees who have received the question.
